An incomparable view. Perched on a gentle hill overlooking the Ford and Aire River valley and estuary below, CastleAire is a luxurious bed and breakfast with its own unique 'wow' factor. With breathtaking views, deeply comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a shaded balcony upon which to contemplate the valley below, CastleAire is a very special place to stay.

As one of the only properties bordering the Great Ocean Walk and the Otway National Park, we offer an exceptional accommodation getaway experience. We are centrally located, approx halfway along the 102 km walk and just 500m from the GOW track. Native animals koala, echidna, wallabies, kangaroos and lizards are often seen in the grounds.

We are a traditional bed and breakfast and do not serve meals other than breakfast without prior arrangement. There are a number of excellent restaurants and cafes in Apollo Bay just 30 minutes away. If you prefer to eat 'in' we have a DIY BBQ menu and also platters to share.

Our Rooms

Ocean View
The stunning Ocean View Room has views of the ocean from the east and south and captures the morning sun. It has a king size bed and luxury marble ensuite, an extra bed is available on request at a small change. Guests have direct access to the veranda where they can sit, dine and absorb the wonderful views of ocean, valley and wildlife.

Garden View
The beautiful Garden View Queen Room is protected from the western sun by a wide veranda. The outlook onto the tranquil water garden adds to the serenity of this room. Pamper yourself in the luxury ensuite at the end of a long active day.
