Local Environs
The sandy patrolled beach is outside the gate and can be seen from the deck. Patterson River is 200m away with boating access and fishing. Walking and cycling paths follow the river. Watercraft are available for hire nearby in Carrum. The Carrum rail station is at the end of the driveway for easy access to Frankston and Melbourne. Carrum is at the beginning of the renowned Mornington Peninsula. The local village has all the shops and cafes you need for a relaxing holiday.
