The absolute best value in the Inner North ! Sure there are cheaper generic places but they don't compare to Narelle's places (all non smoking)

Are you wanting something different than a corporate experience in a great location?

Studio Q was purpose built this millineum for the discerning traveller who seeks privacy and quality. Perfect for the longer stay (wash machine/ dryer). Great inner North location very close to City, ANU, CSIRO. Studio Q is a great change from hotels. Little things like the over size shower and extensive use of timber and glass make Studio Q highly sought after. Of course there are timber floors and reverse cycle AC.

Studio Q is so popular a range of other properties have been purchased and fitted out with Narelle's unique style.

Qtee is the smaller version of Studio Q in O'Connor. Qtee suits short stays. It has a kitchenette (m/wave, kettle / toaster) but no cook top (wok / electric plug in hot plates can be supplied on request). Qtee has a big bay window looking to the garden. It has an ensuite size bathroom, timber floors and AC

"Pasadena" is the one bedroom unit in Watson- great location a few minutes walk to cafes and shops. Popular with ANU academics ANU. Queen bed, timber floors, AC, carport, balcony.

"Earle St" is the most recent addition- it's a 2 bed unit with a quality fit out. Top floor of a small block of 8- overlooks reserve, the view is what makes it.! it has 2 bedrooms with a queen and double bed, Moran leather couch. Sold timber floors and AC. Carport. Balcony Longer bookings are preferred- 3 months negotiable. No lease or agent hassles. Contractors to Academics will love Earle St.
