Dining room with 8 seater dining table and equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, large gas stove and plenty of pantry space. Breakfast bar with 3 stools.
Spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, wall hung 50" flat screen TV, DVD player & Foxtel. Small HIFi with Ipod dock, this room opens out with Bi-folds to large undercover alfresco decking area with another sofa set & dining table, gas BBQ all overlooking a fully fenced & private landscaped rear yard.
2nd bathroom with shower over bath, vanity and toilet, plus a laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Upstairs offers: Another living area with 2 large sofas, wall hung 42" flat screen TV, coffee table and sliding door out to another decking/balcony area with BAY VIEWS and outdoor sofa setting. Plus 2 more bedrooms both with a Queen bed, and 3rd bathroom with shower, toilet & vanity.

Queens Beach Retreat is the penultimate executive accomodation for a group of family or friends. The accomodation was 5 star with ample quality bedrooms (and linen), several large living areas and vernadahs and a 'master chef' kitchen as well!
Our family reunion was a wonderful sucess in part because of the wonderful surroundings and easy acces to everything. Thank you Denise. We will return. Penny

As a group we were very impressed with this property. Very spacious and clean and so close to the main street. Not only was it tastefully decorated but it was well stocked with items such as batteries, light globes and toilet paper.
We all would definitely stay at this property again and also recommend it to others.
