Carolyn's Cottage is a self contained 3 bedroom house. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double bed and the third room has 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully appointed, with gas cooking, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

The back deck is a great place for barbequing the fish you catch in the Basin.

The laundry has washing machine and drier for your convenience.

The yard is fully fenced to give you complete peace of mind when young children are playing outside. It also means your car is safely off the street at night.

Carolyn's Cottage is only minutes to the pristine waters of St Georges Basin, Sanctuary Point and Jervis Bay Marine Park. Visit famous Hyams beach and take a stroll along the beautiful white sand and see if you can spot the dolphins !!! as they swim by. Booderee National Park, Great Fishing, Diving and Boating, what more could you want!!!!
You will not be disappointed with this unique part of New South Wales - South Coast.
The Cottage is situated at the rear of the owners property in quiet Sanctuary Point. It is completely separate, and private.
Come home relax by the fire and enjoy your fish cooked on the BBQ.

The owners appreciate the need for your privacy when on holidays, so you may meet them as you use the driveway and you may not!!!!
Midweek stays are our speciality!!! enjoy the beaches when all are at work, the National Park at it best all year round for that relaxing stroll to enjoy the flora, fauna and our unique wildlife. Come home and relax with a home cooked dinner by the fire. Beautiful days and cozy nights, come to explore or just to sit and relax, relax and relax!!!!!.
