La Vigna Estate Pokolbin In the heart of the hunter valley
The house has 4 bedroom with double and queen size beds in each.Main has a walk through wardrobe and its own ensuite. The kitchen is modern with all the conveniences you would expect to enjoy a simple breakfast and many conveniences for cooking for a large group.. The house has beautiful polished floor boards throughout. There are 2 bathrooms at either end of the house. The 5th bed is a sofa bed in the lounge room so an extra 2 guests can stay for the larger groups. There is also a full whellchair accessable bathroom.
RATES
Higher for peak season and concert weekends.
Midweek rates are
1 night from $450 p/night
2 nights from $400 p/night
3 nights from $350 p/night
This is due to cleaning and setup costs.
Linen if not included is $15 p/p usually included in Stays of 2 nights or more.
Midweek from $350 per night minimum nights depends on season
Most weekends are from $1600.00 for two nights either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday . 3 night weekends are reduced to $1800.00.
Long weekends and concert weekends are charged at a higher rate.
