Watch the scrub turkeys & guinea fowls parade through the yard. 5 bedroom 3 bathroom rainforest home located in quiet leafy close, in prestigious & beautiful Edge Hill. 5 mins walk to Cairns famous botanic gardens, 3 mins walk to coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, delicatessant, 10 mins walk to whitfield conservation park, rainforest walking tracks & Centenary Lakes. 7 mins bike ride to esplanade, 12 mins bike ride to CBD, 5 mins by car. 7 mins car to airport. Ceiling fans & louvres all rooms. 2 car lock up garage. Edge Hill tennis club 400m away, Edge Hill Bowls Club 1km away. Unforgettable holiday experience!
Please note that our advertised price is based on 2 people sleeping in each double or queen bed, of which there are 4 upstairs & 1 down. We do frequently offer discounts where this means that the downstairs studio & ensuite is not utilised, so that 8 people can all be accommodated at first floor level. Because we can cater for up to 14 people with additional double bunk bed, fold out bed, & mattresses, we can also offer bedding arrangements where people do not have to share double beds if required, however bedding required surplus to numbers of guests is charged at $15/bed/night. For example, the house can accommodate 9 people all sleeping in separate beds, however the additional 4 beds attract additional cost.
Parties & loud or raucous gatherings are prohibited. The house is located in a quiet street where noise travels very easily, particularly at night.
Guests at the house who have not been clearly identified in initial booking are not permitted.
The property is unfenced & located in natural rainforest, & is not suitable for pets of any description.
Breach of these requirements may result in visitors being asked to leave.
