Modern 3 storey townhouse only one small home in front which doesn't block the sea views from the top storey balcony.
All living done on the top storey so once up there no need to go downstairs again, modern design kitchen with stone top, dining, lounge with plasma tv & dvd withsound system, master bedroom has king bed & 2 way bathroom, large balcony with 6 seater outdoor setting & bbq..
Second storey also has a large covered balcony with cosy wicker outdoor setting, this balcony is lovely to use if too windy upstairs, large lounge area with plasma tv & dvd,
second bedroom with queen bed (can be split to two singles), third bedroom has double bed.
Ground floor has laundry area and garage area to suit two vehicles plus drive through garage for underroof parking for small boat. Garage is secure with remote controls & higher enough to take 4x4.
All living areas are fully airconditioned
30 minutes drive South of Bundaberg or 4 hours drive North of Brisbane.
When you arrive at Woodgate Beach you will have no need to leave as you have a local shop, supermarket which stocks all your needs (only country style though), local pub, bowls club
boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts or just bring a rod for the beach will probably catch you a fish. Beach runs right along the front of Woodgate for quite a few kilometres with a lovely walking track
for those like to exercise or just stroll to the sound of the sea.
Our townhouse is stones throw away from the water and there is an easement up the side of the house in front with makes excess to the beach only 2 minutes
Tired of your busy lifestyle, well Woodgate Beach might be for you, no traffic lights, no noisy traffic, wake up to the sound of the sea, enjoy a stroll along the beach or walking paths, catch the odd fish for dinner but most of all enjoy the smile of the locals they got it all
