Magnolia House is a large spacious house set on an acre and a half of garden and orchard.
Located away from the hussle and bustle of busy Nowra, Magnolia House is situated in beautiful Bangalee, a short 5 minute drive from the CBD of Nowra with views towards Cambewarra Mountain and within walking distance of the Cambewarra Winery for a spot of tasting at the weekend.
Accommodating up to 8 people, the house contains 5 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, one with a spa . One King, one queen, a double ,a twin and one single bedrooms.Alternative bed configeration could be 4 doubles , 1 single , thus allowing four couples to stay.
Outside you can enjoy the large screened entertaining area providing a mosquito free dining environment. As you relax over breakfast observe the native birds suckling the nectar from the Bottlebrush. Join the children in the pool or just siesta. On a summer evening it is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner.
Magnolia House is a large individual property, for many years a loved family home. When in season you can enjoy fruit from the orchard or vegetables from the garden. Via the back gate you can walk for miles. The local shops are a short drive away as is the Nowra Wildlife Park and waterskiing on the Shoalhaven River.
