Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of bench space, 4 seater table and lots of appliances. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and a shower, plus 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, separate toilet.
Rear courtyard is mostly undercover, with outdoor setting and a gas BBQ. Single remote garage and plenty of parking off street for a boat, jet ski and up to 4 cars.
Upstairs: Has a large lounge room with 50" plasma TV, DVD player, 5 piece sofa, and doors out to a rear balcony. Split system A/C. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
