The Redford House is basic and neat, and embraces the iconic summer beach holiday frame of mind. The property has recently been tastefully renovated with the aim of offering one or two families a relaxed and unforgettable summer holiday experience that you wonÃÂÃÂt want to end.
This classic beach house property is walking distance to the gentle bay beach and a short stroll to the stunning local surf beaches. It is perfectly located for a family getaway with Stringer oval only half a block away and the Hughes Rd shops a few blocks further. Blairgowrie Village, with superb cafes and restaurants (and coffee!) which are brimming with the beachside lifestyle, is also close by.
Whilst located on a main road, this property is accessed by a private service road and nestled behind thick vegetation, offering a central but secluded environment. Kids can enjoy a cricket match in the front yard, while you can relax on the large north facing rear deck under the shade of a quelling tea tree. The large rear yard also offers a sun filled grass play area for younger children.
There are ample personal touches at The Redford House; outdoor setting for 8, a clean BBQ, large market umbrella, high chair and ironing facilities. Bedding, linen, towels and basic kitchen necessities are provided so that you can enjoy a hassle free stay.
The Redford house is also perfect for those wooly winter weekends, with a coonara fire and cozy ÃÂÃÂnever want to moveÃÂÃÂ couches. Also, to make a real weekend of it, you can enjoy a late Sunday checkout when you book a weekend out of peak season.
Please refer to the photos section for an indicative floor plan of the house.
