Our 16th Floor Apartment provides stunning views over internationally recognised surf beaches. Mantra Coolangatta Beach Resort is on the doorstep of a number of restaurants and bars and just 25 minutes from Surfers Paradise.
Not just all surf, Coolangatta is also home to a range of beachfront shops and restaurants. On the second Sunday of every month sees the beachfront come alive with the Coolangatta Markets. Also close to shore you will find lush green parklands perfect for picnics and barbecues.
Mantra Coolangatta Beach is a four star resort and our clean, comfortable two bedroom / two bathroom apartment, with a private balcony and wide ocean views, is on the 16th Floor. From late September to October you can watch the Whales and their calves from the balcony, as they travel south.
When youÂ’re not out exploring the Gold Coast take a walk around Mantra CoolangattaÂ’s beautiful resort and enjoy the many facilities onsite. Relax in the sauna, get active on the tennis court or work out in the exercise room. Then there is the beautiful pool for a cool dip or soak up some sun poolside.

The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The Mantra Coolangatta Beach Resort is a 4star resort and the facilities are well maintained by management. There is a pool, spa, tennis courts, exercise room with sauna and bbq area all available on site.
The 16th floor apartment is positioned centrally in the building and the balcony is wide and long, so each bedroom and the living room get full beach and ocean views. During the months of September and October it is not unusual to see Whales and their calves, just past the breaking surf, heading south. A truly spectacular and memorable site.
The Unique benefits of Coolangatta
Coolangatta is more layed back than busy Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, and is only 25mins drive if you choose to visit these areas. The safe, friendly atmosphere is one of Coolangattas best features, especially for families. The beaches of Kirra, Coolangatta, Greenmount, Rainbow Bay & Duranbah are world renowned for the Surf and the Quicksilver Pro series is held here each year at the end of February. All these beaches are in walking distance from our apartment and each has it's own Surf Club to stop at for a drink on the walk to the next.
Coolangatta is the perfect place to be without a vehicle. Everything is within easy walking distance and for tourists visiting the area, we are only 5kms from the Gold Coast airport and the buses and tourist coach stops are only 50m from the resort.
