LIVING AREAS
Large lounge room with polished floor boards perfect for a group or family, the room is equipped with three lounges, TV / DVD player, open fire (great for a winter break).
The open plan living room with formal dining table features an extensive reading library.There is also a selection of board games and toys for your child's enjoyment.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has double bed and built in wardrobe. The third offers one set of bunk beds, and one single bed (3 single beds all up) perfect for children, small TV with Playstation 2 and childs book library.
KITCHEN
Well equipped eat in kitchen with bench and stools, with sliding glass doors opening to a large deck.
AMENITIES
Fisherman's Cottage has two showers (one outdoor shower) and in the bathroom with bath and basin as well as a large internal laundry, with washing machine and dryer.
LINEN
Blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels etc.
Outdoor
Large extensive outdoor deck with dining table and BBQ. facing a private established garden.
BACKYARD
The house is surrounded by extensive native gardens and is has a fully secure fence, perfect for children and pets.
PETS
Dogs are permitted upon request. A bond is payable for pets and refunded on confirmation of property being clean of pet waste.
SMOKING is not permitted inside the house. Smokers are asked to smoke outside on the deck and enjoy the sea air.
