This property has it all, unbeatable location with undisturbed views; the sea is 30 metres away from the doorstep. The property is perfect for groups of families or couples with two living areas, and enough beds to sleep 14 people. Coupled with a large deck and large back yard entertaining area this property is perfect in winter and magnificent in summer. Winter could involve watching the waves crash or the whales cruise past; summer would involve the beach, walks to the local restaurants and shopping precinct in Port Elliot or a nice drop on the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Whatever your reason for a Holiday this is the property for you. Dont leave the family pet at home or in a kennel as the property is pet friendly, offering a large rear yard.
