solar heated, salt water swimming pool.
Two outdoor eating areas. Barbeque.
Cubbie house with underneath sandpit,and trampoline are all visible from the main rear family room.
Apart from central heating and cooling, we have open fireplaces.
The kitchen is very well equiped and spacious..
This House is basically a modern,comfortable, bright and airy home.

Fantastic setup especially for small children with the playhouse and toys provided. Small touches on arrival including the portacot already setup made a big difference after a long day traveling!! Great location with the beach at the end of the road, very good shops and fantastic playground an easy wander away.

I loved it!
We arrived during Easter from overseas and our hosts had prepared a meal for us and had shopped for breakfast for the next morning. With three children in tow after a day-long flight that in itself was just brilliant! This property is fabulous for children (a pool, a playhouse, sandpit, a dress-up box, the wii, two tvs and more) but with its architectural design and sleek interiors staying at Beachside Family Home was a very pleasant experience for adults too. The house was spotless but still felt homely, the garden was lovely and well-cared for and had lots of different seating areas for shade or sun. I had home-grown tomatoes every day for my lunch from the vegetable box - it was so relaxing! The sea is essentially at the door, it is a two minute walk to a good playground and a two minute walk to Blackrock shops with practical facilities and some nice eateries. Great location - the kids are still talking about this house. Also, the owners were very easy to deal with, very helpful in every regard and very professional.
