Holman Estate is a magnificent property and is located in the heart of Pokolbin, the Hunter Valley's premier tourist location. Holman Estate offers spectacular views of the Hunter Valley, from the privacy of your own executive residence. Holman Estate is located on an operational vineyard and is one of the most sort after properties in the Hunter Valley.
The house has a broad verandah where you can look across the estate's own vineyards to the corner of Broke Road and McDonalds Road, where Hunter Valley Gardens rubs shoulders with Brokenwood Wines and Tempus Two. There also a magnificent view of the valley most recognised landmark, the Brokenback Range.
The house boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms plus a fabulous large billiard room which converts to a 5th bedroom and has two high quality queen size sofa beds allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests. It has 3 large bathrooms. The long, art-lined hallway leads past the bedrooms to an enormous combined lounge and dining area with plush lounges, large wooden table, mirrors, paintings, and huge fireplace that provide the feel of a European Chateau.
The modern kitchen is fitted with top-of-the-line appliances and equipped with all the utensils required by even the most ardent foodie. You can simply spend a weekend drinking fine wine by the fireplace and strolling through the vineyards.
Holman Estate offers a tranquillity that completely removes it from the touristy hustle and bustle normally associated with the Hunter. It truly is a private retreat shared only by you and the natural surrounds.
Tariff
WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thur-Frid, Frid-Sun or Sat-Mon)
* The nightly weekend rate for up to 6 guests is $800 per night (2 night minimum)
* Extra adult guests are charged at $110 per person per night
* Children are charge $60 per child (2years to 13 years).
* Infants under 2 are free.
MIDWEEK Stays available on request
*One night bookings attract a surcharge and are subject to availability.
