Welcome.
We would like to invite you and your family and friends to stay at this brand new house in Abbey, Western Australia.
Located just 8km from Busselton, 16km from Dunsborough and 39km from Margaret River*, the house is perfectly positioned for your next trip down south, whether it be for work, relaxation or for a family and friends getaway. *Margaret River, famous for its wine and surf, outshone other popular holiday towns including Broome and Byron Bay to be named 2011 and 2012 ‘Best Town in Australia’ by the readers of Australian Traveller, which has a dedicated readership of 77,000 per issue.
We Supply.
Covered doonas, pillows (with protectors). Complimentary tea, coffee, Milo, sugar and milk available on arrival.
For Hire.
LINEN (sheets, pillow cases, tea-towels, bath towels, bath mats)
If hiring linen, beds will be made up, ready for your arrival. Perfect for late night arrivals, where the last thing you want to do is make a bed.
High Chair and Porta-Cot also available for hire.
Abbey Beach Escape is not available for bookings from the 15th of November to the 30th November for annual maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept bookings for school leavers.
HOUSE CONFIGURATION
Main Bedroom - Queen size bed, WIR, clock/radio with iPod/iPhone dock & ensuite with toilet, shower and bath.
Second Bedroom - Queen size bed & BIR.
Third Bedroom - Queen size bed & BIR.
Fourth Bedroom - Double bed & BIR.
Theatre.....actually a Fifth Bedroom - 3 sets of single bunk beds (Sleeps 3 adults/children on lower bunks and 3 children on upper bunks) & wardrobe.
Bathroom - Vanity, shower & bath.
Separate toilet.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer,
microwave, iPod/iPhone dock radio and dishwasher.
Laundry - Fully equipped washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.
Dining Area - Large table with seating for 12.
Living Area - Modular Lounge , 50" Plasma TV, Sony Playstation 3 + one controller (plays Blu-rays, DVDs, CDs and of course PS3 games - BYO your own movies/CDs/games) and amplifier with speakers.
Activity Room - LCD TV/DVD player and two 2 seater lounges
Outdoor Alfresco - Jarrah table and chairs , hooded gas BBQ.
Yard - Fully enclosed secure back yard with paving and artifical turf.
Local Attractions
Just take a short stroll around the corner to the kids play ground, or to the Possum Reserve. A ten minute walk will find you at the beach.
This a fantastic location allowing you to visit Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Yallingup to enjoy what the area has to offer, including wineries, cafes and restaurants, the famous Margaret River Chocolate Company, caves, beautiful beaches, art galleries and great surfing spots, just to name a few.
BUSSELTON JETTY - This jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere, being 2km in length. Stroll or take the train to the end of the jetty to the new UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY which gives you an amazing view of life under the sea, beautiful coral, sponges, and many species of fish....all without getting wet!.
HMAS SWAN WRECK- an excellent dive site - a fantastic spot for scuba diving
ARCHERY PARK - Fun for all ages: Archery, Mini Golf, Adventure Playground and Ozzie Bugs (electric cars).
SOUTHERN SKY DIVERS - For those thrill seekers.
