Our modern holiday villa consists of 3 bedrooms surrounded by living space where you can "santai". Built in 2009, our villa is luxuriously appointed and includes all the comforts of your own home, with little touches of Indonesia throughout.
With ducted, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, you can relax in comfort all year round. Our villa has a total sleeping capacity of 6 people; two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds and a third spacious bedroom offering two single beds.
A spacious family living area will provide you with a setting to unwind in comfort. Stretch out on the couch, watch the flat screen TV or enjoy a film with the DVD player. Our villa has a fully equipped, well appointed kitchen for foodies who like to cook up a storm! Slide open the front doors and take the indoors outdoors - Indonesian style! Enjoy life on the deck with a barbecue, while seated around the casual outdoor setting.
The light and airy bathroom offers both a shower and separate bath. With "his and hers" sinks, everyone has space. Indoor laundry facilities complete the package.
For young families, a high chair and port-a-cot can be provided upon request.

Our villa provides undercover, off-street parking. So hang-up your car key and re-discover strolling! As you will soon find, you are within very easy reach of the Bakery, Cafes, the historic Normanville Hotel, Supermarket, Newsagency and much more. Gourmands will love our proximity to award winning food outlet "Jetty". The pristine Normanville beach with its crystal blue waters, fishing jetty and stunning sunsets is no more than a 10 min stroll away.

Normanville is a coastal township located on the Fleurieu Peninsula. It is less than an hour's drive south of Adelaide and is popular due to its ideal location and family friendly atmosphere. The township is nestled amongst rolling hills, yet with a beach location.
Normanville boasts all the basic facilities you require and Santai Villas offer a central base from which you can explore the many surrounding wineries, galleries, antiques shops, restaurants, gourmet havens, farmers markets, food trails and townships.
If you prefer more action, why not have a round of golf at the renowned Links Golf Course or go diving off the beautiful coast to discover the habitat of the famous leafy sea dragon? Fishing off the jetty is a fun activity all the family can enjoy. The scenic walks around the township and beachside are filled with beautiful scenery.
Other adventures can also be had on both land and sea with your choice of boating, hang-gliding, horse riding and more. The choice is all yours!
