Saudade offers a couples' hideaway, set high above the Gnarabup coastline with stunning ocean views. Mike and Polly have created a high quality and private studio that's minutes from Gnarabup beach. The beach itself was a real surprise in that it catered equally for swimmers, snorkelers, and paddle boarders as much as it did for surfers due to protection from the wind. Our hosts were very friendly and approachable, offering any advice we needed. We found it an excellent base to explore Margaret River and surrounds.

Peaceful and private location, with an amazing view overlooking the beautiful South West coast - even more magnificent at sunset.
The room is lovely - modern and completely self-contained.
Our host, Michael, was attentive and kind whenever we needed anything.
A great place to unwind and relax. We would absolutely recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time staying at Saudade studio. Of course Margaret River Valley is beautiful and eventful in itself, but Saudade just made the whole vacation perfect. It's a very spacious studio which has everything that we needed, even with an outdoor grill! Also we had sea-views from both the bedroom and the outdoor patio. It's close to a few great surfing beaches, 10 mins to the town, and many popular wineries. We went for our surfing lessons in the morning, following by lunches at the wineries, and sunset grilling out on the deck for dinner! It's perfect and definitely one of the greatest times we've spent. Last but not least, Mike (the owner of Saudade) was so helpful, giving us tips on vineyards, dinners, surfing lessons - basically everything! We would love to go back again, hopefully sometime soon!
