The cottage is positioned on 5 acres of manicured lawns and provincial styled gardens in the grounds of the historic Old Broadwater Farm homestead.
The accommodation is fully self contained and features two bedrooms, a walk through with a Daybed, a comfortable lounge , dining room and well equipped kitchen.
French doors opening onto a verandah with views over the expansive lawns and the New River wetlands make the cottage a relaxing and private place for a family holiday.

When we enquired about staying at The Cottage it was already booked. Instead we were offered another house on the property which was the original homestead and we had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful historic building set in gorgeous grounds. I stayed there with my whole family (including two teenagers) but Old Broadwater Farm would also be a perfect place for a romantic retreat as it is such a lovely and tranquil place.

I loved it!
Very happy with our stay. Owners were very accomodating, we had everything we needed. I would reccommend stating on the website that dogs are welcome as we didn't know, otherwise we would have taken ours! We would stay there again. Thank you Carolyn and Mike.
