Loch Sport is an exciting Gippsland Lakes destination situated 3hrs east of Melbourne near the town of Sale. Loch Sport, a gateway to Victoria's Riviera, is between Lake Victoria in the Gippsland Lakes and the Ninety Mile Beach, a water wonderland surrounded by National Parks and situated in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
Queen Mary is Positioned only 2min walk to the foreshores of Lake Victoria between the Gippsland Coastal Park and the Lakes National Park with the famous 90 mile Beach a few minutes away beyond the Lake Reeve Wetlands.
Fishing: 90 mile beach fishing has the occasional big shark, plus plenty of gummies, salmon, flathead, bream, tailor and of course lots of crabs. Lake Victoria has Mullet and Bream, with Tailor in the warmer weather. Flathead and Flounder can also be found just off the beaches of Lake Victoria.
Dolphins have been seen on the Lake at sunrise.
The wildlife is amazing in Loch Sport with Kangaroos seen regularly and you can also spot echidnas, rabbits and the birds can be captivating from the colourful rosellas to the Eagles
Comfortable and clean 3 bedroom house
2 living areas with 2 digital TVS including USB ports, upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs has a DVD player. Brand new leather modern couches and ping pong in downstairs living/games area.

Blow up double bed available on request.
You could comfortably sleep 2 families here.
You will need to bring your own sheets,pillow cases, doona covers,towels & beach towels, tea towels etc.
Doonas, blankets & pillows supplied.
Please note there is no washing machine!

Out on the deck there is a water view of Lake Victoria & Lake Reeves with a BBQ and outdoor setting which you can entertain.

We had an excellent stay over the Easter long weekend. The house is clean and well fitted with essentials to make a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The two living areas and two bathrooms are ideal for groups and the kitchen and large deck area are perfect for entertaining.

We found the Queen Mary to be a comfortable house that meet our needs - it was roomy, the kitchen was supplied with a good stock of pots and pans, the location was a short stroll to the lake. Although we didn't spend a great deal of time in Loch Sport it was good to come back to a place that felt like home

thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home the location was perfect close to lake Victoria, wet lands and 90 mile beach. Great for nature lovers or for those wanting time out just to relax and catch up with friends.
would highly recommend this place as we enjoyed every minute we were there.

Thanks Kim & Ryan for the great stay in the Queen Mary, Was a great quite location, short drive to the 90 mile beach the fishing was great, we enjoyed the bbq on the balcony over looking Lake Victoria and Lake Reeves,we were lucky enough to see echidnas in the garden,and the bird life was amazing will hopefully return on our next holiday.
