The real estate catch cry of 'Position,Position'could not be more appropriate than here at 'Breakers at Bay of Fires'.This lovely three bedroom beach house sits on a beautiful and secluded 8 ACRES of Iron Barks, Pepermint gums and Flowering Gums with unequalled breathtaking vistas over the ocean and Binalong Bay Beach.
The first rays of the sun are captured by the huge, spacious hexagonal lounge room, and that sun just pours in all day long.
Breakfast on the deck with that breathtaking uninterrupted view over the beach and ocean, is a special treat. Forget about sleeping pills, the quiet crunch of the waves on the beach will have you in the land of 'Nod' in no time.
A three hundred metre, less than four minute walk from the property puts you on beautiful Binalong Bay Beach, the first in the series of beaches known as 'The Bay of Fires'.
Walk along the beach or the beautiful coastal track for ten minutes and enjoy coffee or dinner at the outstanding restaurant in Binalong. Along the way experience the sounds and smells of the beach and the unique coastal flora..........bliss! Listen to the Rosellas, Black Cockatoos and host of other birds.
If you are a fisherman(person) bring your gear, we have just the frypan for you.
This lovely three bedroom home features 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 singles. The house is professionally maintained and all sheets towels etc. are provided in the cost. The rear of the house has a beautiful, protected in all weather deck. Relax on the sunswing and if you feel like staying in there is a large gas barbecue waiting for you.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax away from the maddening crowds and suburbia, and untangle your mind, with uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean from the front deck, the bush and ancient stately Eucalypts from the back deck. The peace and tranquility of this unique 8 ACRE property with its walks and suntraps will captivate you.
Inside is a lovely 'Heat Charm' log fire as well as a reverse cycle heat pump to keep you cosy on cool winter nights.
Minimum stay is for three nights, however a special TWO NIGHT PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

The bustling little residential area of Binalong Bay is less than a kilometre along the beach at the southern end.
Binalong Bay is Tasmania's top holiday destination and many Tasmanians have holiday homes here. Summertime sees the population of Binalong Bay explode, and there are many 'holiday rental' places available, but be aware that there are no shops here other than a an excellent cafe/restaurant. Breakers at Bay of Fires is less than a three minute drive from Binalong, St Helens is a ten minute drive from 'Breakers'.
St Helens is the largest town on Tassies east coast with supermarkets,retaurants,hotel and liquor outlets, various retail shops, bakeries, coffee shops a newsagency and fresh fish from the fishmongers on the wharf.
A beautiful golf course is also in St Helens.There is an A.N.Z. bank as well as a library with internet availability and a regional hospital (Telstra is the only provider that has reasonable coverage in the area).
Places to visit
There are many places to visit within an hour or so of Binalong Bay. One hour to the south along one of the most scenic drives you will ever have is Bicheno (Pronounced Bisheno) Bicheno is a smaller town than St Helens but has all the usual outlets of a holiday township. There are many attractions and sights in and around this town which make it one of the most visited tourist towns in the state.
Another twenty minutes south is Coles Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula, more stunning scenery and fabulous walks in the national park including famous Wineglas Bay. (remember this is a ntional park- no dogs)
To the north of Binalong there are plenty of beaches, bays and inlets to visit. The Gardens is a stunning area of the Bay of Fires.
Half an hour takes you to the 'Pub in The Paddock' great counter meals. Nearby is the Pyengana world acclaimed cheese maker.
The Welborough Pass is half an hour from Binalong and is a place of immense beauty . The road passes through some of Tasmanias tallest and most ancient trees, stop at the nature trail and take the short walk through the moss and lichen draped Myrtles, Sasafras and Eucalypts. Rumour has it that the Tasmanian Tiger still exists in this area.
Visit the old tin mining town of Derby, you will be astonished. There is still so much to see, and still within one hours drive of Binalong Bay.
Don't rush, take your time, Binalong Bay is the perfect base to locate yourself as you visit all that the east coast has to offer.
