PETS WELCOME INSIDE - . Mullaway Beach House is the perfect holiday spot for you and your 4 legged friends.The house and yard are pet friendly. The front and rear yards are fully fenced and secure and it is only 250m to Mullaway reserve and beach . The house is located opposite a nature reserve. There are a number of other beaches within a kilometre radius, some are 'on leash' and some 'off leash'. Mullaway is surrounded by beautiful beach and headland walks, whales and porpoises can be spotted in season. Fishing, diving and golf are all nearby.
The house is crim safe screened and has 3 small doggie doors. It is tiled throughout and has fans and heating in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single and sleeps a maximum of 7 including children. Linen is not provided so bring your own sheets and towels and don't forget to bring your "doggies" things to help protect our furnishings. Free Foxtel Platinum Package and all local channels including HD are available on the 106cm flat screen in the living area and a smaller flat screen in the main bedroom has local and HD channels. No smoking allowed in house. The property has a double garage.
LOCATION
Mullaway is located 20 mins north of Coffs and is a couple of mins drive north of Woolgoolga. In Woolgoolga you'll find licenced clubs, hotel, supermarkets etc to cater for all your needs including cafes and restaurants. Mullaway has a small corner shop / take away where most provisions can be purchased. Mullaway is approximately 5 hours from Brisbane and 7 hours from Sydney and has some of the best beaches and climate in Australia.
NOTE
Most of our coastal region has paralysis ticks and we recommend you protect your pet accordingly. (Frontline, Advantix etc.)

The whole family, including the dog, had a wonderful time at this well-appointed, canine-friendly property. Thanks for the little doggy doors, the surfboard, the barbecue, the boardgames and the little xmas tree that we perched atop a much bigger pile of presents. Only quibbles: ceiling fan in master bedroom didn't work (thanks for pedestal fan) and coffee percolater produced coffee once then failed to perform for us again. And I'd like to say sorry about the young chicken that flew over the fence from the neighbour's yard and met Billie.

I loved it!
the location of the house was excellent. the area was quiet and very layed back. it was an easy stroll to the gorgeous beach and headlands. the house itself was beautiful and well appointed.it was very easy to relax,and just enjoy our break. our two dogs loved it as well.

This was a great beach house, well set up had everything we needed, plenty of room and very tidy. Short walk to a great beach for the whole family. A really nice sleepy suburb but not too far from shops and services. Double thumbs up from the whole family including our four legged friend,will stay there again in a heart beat!
