This beautiful 1940's Cottage has been lovingly kept and furnished. It combines the character of yesteryear with modern comforts and is set on 5 glorious park-like acres with rolling grassy areas, wooded areas and a large dam that attracts a myriad of bird-life.
Only 4km from Bowral town centre and easy to find off the Moss Vale Road, Hunny Tor is well situated to enjoy all the region has to offer - boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, wineries, river walks, antique barns, art galleries and of course the regular Day on The Green Concerts and the Briars Pub.
The main living area boasts an enormous open fire together with reverse cycle air conditioning and faux flame electrical heating. Additional heaters in the other rooms ensure your warmth during the winter months.
There is bar-b-q deck with outdoor furniture and of course the beautiful grounds to enjoy in the warmer months.
Essentials such as Flat screen TV, dvd, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, additional bar fridge, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer ensure the basics of your holiday are covered. Then there are the extras.....quality bathroom toiletries, fluffy towels, pretty bed linen, books, games, quality crockery and kitchenware, comfortable sofas.......a lot of thought has gone into this property and we have no doubt you will enjoy your stay!

$590/weekend for first 4 adults/guests - extra adult $50/night. Extra child $25/night

Well behaved pets are welcome and a dog bed is provided in the laundry area however the property is not completely fenced.
