The Summit - Rainforest Retreat

A 5 Bedroom, "luxury", mountain top house, situated on the edge of an extinct, rainforested, volcano.

The house sleeps up to 16 persons.
The views, from the extensive front verandah, are from the towns highest point.

Over 2 Hectares of land, with 180 degree panoramic views at the front and a "rainforest wonderland" at the rear.

A Rainforest walk, into the volcanic crater and its covering of rare "Mabi (aboriginal for tree kangaroo) rainforest".
Native wildlife at your doorstep....birds, tree kangaroos, pademelons, possums & wallabies.

A conference room for 30 in theatre style or 20 for workshops, can also be booked.

If there are 1 - 4 persons in your group and you do not wish to pay for the entire Retreat, a 1 br apartment is also available with exclusive use of facilities.

Our brand new seperate dwelling, The Summit B&B opened in July 2008. This traditional "Queenslander" with wrap around deck, can be booked in its entirity or as B&B rooms. All bedrooms have access to the deck, views & outdoor furniture through beautiful timber "French doors". All rooms have access to a full kitchen, lounge & dining areas, heated pool with waterfall and Satellite TV in all bedrooms is a feature.
