This one is on the 5th floor with great views of the harbor and town center. Freo Cappuccino is also on the 5th floor (two doors down from Flat White) and Freo Espresso is on the 7th floor! Great for a cruise ship start or finish.

This is a fully equipped, one bedroom, apartment in the heart of the Fremantle city centre. Delightful, budget, accommodation! Fremantle Flat White is a clean and tidy one bedroom apartment with a comfortable, quality, queen size bed, one bathroom/ensuite (shower, toilet and basin), separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Sorry no fold out beds or couches. One to two adults.

Minimum 2 nights stay. This is a NON-SMOKING property. CHECK IN ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 9PM unless otherwise negotiated at least 14 days in advance. See details below in final check.

Free parking for one vehicle is included with every stay! However, you will need to let us know if you are arriving by car because you will need to bring your car to Josephson Street, at the rear of the building, where we will meet you with the remote to let your car in.

Free WIFI is provided by the Fremantle City Council Library and can be accessed from the town square (100m). Look for FREBytes in your network connections. 2 hour access 100mb of upload and 100mb download during each 2 hour session. Fremantle Council connection agreement applies.

Linen, including towels and bedding are supplied. All utilities (power and gas) are included in tariff. No hidden fees.

FUN THINGS TO CONSIDER DURING YOUR STAY:

This is a great budget, Fremantle, inner city, accommodation option! Two lifts take you to your accommodation. Both balconies, front and rear, are open. So you can watch the ships coming and going within the port. If you are going on a cruise, you can finally watch your boat come in! If you are ending a cruise, this is a gentle way to come down from all of that pampering.

The apartment is within walking distance of Fremantle's 'Cappuccino Strip', popular pubs and micro breweries (including Little Creatures), movie theatres, weekend markets, fishing boat harbour restaurants and loads of other entertainment facilities.

You can see the nearby Target store as well as Woolworths and Coles supermarkets from the front and rear balconies. Being centrally located in the heart of Fremantle's business district, this apartment is situated near most major banks, ATMs, trusted money changers and a very reliable tourist information centre. Close to Fremantle hospital and Notre Dame University. Fremantle public golf course is also only minutes away.

Only a few minutes walk to the Rottnest ferry terminal, aquatic centre, art museum, Old Fremantle Jail (now a museum), High Street shopping mall, tourist tram, the Round House, Maritime museum, E-Shed weekend markets, Fishing Boat Harbour, internet cafes and mobile phone stores.

Just short stroll (500 meters) to trains and buses that connect to the Perth CBD. Two free 'CAT' buses run regularly within the Fremantle city area and these buses include free transport to many popular Fremantle tourist destinations. The nearest stop is 200 meters from this apartment.

The apartment is also located in a large residential block and therefore it should be noted that guests will need to be mindful of their neighbours, keeping noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY: 'Flat White' is a non-smoking complex and strata rules also prohibit smoking in any common areas within the perimeters of the building, including on the balconies, which are considered 'common' areas.

A coin operated communal laundry is located on the ground floor.

Daily cleaning is NOT available for this property. Weekly cleaning is provided for long stays (more than 15 nights) by negotiation at $60 per clean. Please make this clear on your booking inquiry if you you require this service.

Late Check In, Airport Pick Up & Important Details

FINAL CHECK:

CHECK IN IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 9PM unless otherwise negotiated at least 14 days prior to check in. This is negotiable, but please make an inquiry first to avoid disappointment.

A cab fee should be approximately AU$65-$70 to Fremantle from the Perth Airport. The journey should take 45-60 minutes. Ask the cab driver to take you to Fremantle via Leach Highway.

This a nonsmoking facility, smoke detectors are fitted in this apartment and an alarm will sound if smoke is detected within the apartment. All balconies are considered shared space and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the complex. The building manager will report any guests smoking within the complex and anyone breaking this rule can be asked to vacate immediately. Non-compliance may lead to added fees for extra cleaning of curtains, soft furnishings etc.

If you are arriving by car: This apartment is located at Johnson Court, 23 Adelaide Street, Fremantle. The car park is situated at the rear of the building on Josephson Street. You will need to come to Josephson Street and look for the large, green, iron gates (as seen in the pictures provided above). Upon previous arrangement, your car will be let in by remote control.
