Nestled at the edge of Arthurs Seat NP surrounded by natural bush & fauna. 3 min drive to beach & shops, 15 minute drive to the Hot Springs.
This house is formerly known by locals as the has views which stretch to the Port Phillip Heads and beyond. At night the Peninsula below shines like a Christmas Tree! 2 large bi-fold doors at the front of the house that fully open to allow in the fresh breeze and breathtaking sunsets. If you think summer is sensational then winter is even better, see the rain as it blows across the bay while you sit cosy and warm next to the potbelly fire. View the magnificent array of birds as they fly below you and at eye level.
Large open plan living area with double bi-fold doors all overlooking the sensational bay views. Split system A/C & heater, wood fired Coonara, Ceiling fan, 2 decks, modern leather sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD player, mini Ipod dock/CD HIFI, 6pp dining table & an equipped kitchen.
There is also a large side deck with wooden outdoor setting, gas BBQ, umbrella and full views.
2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, bedside tables, heater (plus a queen sofa bed in lounge). Large bathroom with a deep SPA bath tub, separate shower, vanity and a washing machine.
There is adequate parking for up to 5 cars with easy access to house from car parking area.
** Please note this property is on a very steep block, and not suitable for small children or if you are a nervous driver, there is a steep paved driveway to the house. That's what makes this property so unique & private!
