Cants Cottage Loft House Accommodation is the perfect location for your stay in the Hunter Valley.

Enjoy the homely cottage accommodation with spectacular views of the vines, mountains and native bushland all the way across to the Barrington Tops.

Sit by the refreshing pool whilst enjoying your favourite glass of Hunter Wine and listen to the abundant birdlife. You will feel the stress of the City just slipping away.

The Loft House accommodation consists of two queen size bedrooms on the entry level and an enormous loft bedroom above that can sleep up to 7 guests enabling comfortable accommodation for up to 11 guests. The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Cants lofthouse has a fully self contained country kitchen and a great lounge and dining room with a cosy open fireplace for those winter months. Outside you have a large wrap around veranda that leads to a wonderful swimming pool with panoramic views. The lofthouse has all modern conveniences, including pay tv, and a great outdoor barbeque area.

Cants Lofthouse is fantastic for a group of family or friends to get together for a great gtaway. The house is fully self-contained and we provide freshly laundered linen and towels. The open pantry is stocked with all the little things you find in your own pantry, to save buying all those incidentals you may forget to bring.

Tariff

Tariffs

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
* The nightly weekend rate for up to 4 guests is $480 per night including breakfast provisions (2 night minimum - see 1 night rates below).
* Extra adult guests are charged at $75 per person per night.
* Children are charge $60 per child (2 years to 13 years).
* Infants under 2 are free.
* A Lazy afternoon checkout may be available at $120 per stay, allowing you to use the property on the day of departure until 5pm. (subject to availability)
* An early check in of 12pm may be available for $50 per stay (subject to availability)

MID WEEK RATES (2 nights)
*Midweek rates are charged at 28% discount off the weekend tariff.

ONE NIGHT WEEKEND or MIDWEEK BOOKINGS
*One night bookings are available. Please contact us for a quote.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS
* Discounts are available on stays of 5 nights and over, please contact us for a quote.

OTHER CHARGES
* A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required by credit card to secure the booking. A $300 holding deposit can hold the property for 14 days if you need to collect payment from other guests.
* The outstanding balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
* The guest responsible for the booking must register with Events in the Vines, by phoning the office, at least 24hrs before check in, to provide their credit card details, which may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): telephone charges on the house landline, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
* Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas and New Year bookings must be for a minimum of 6 or more guests and are a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
* Concert weekends must be a minimum of 6 or more guest.

What to do

There is plenty to do.

How about a visit to the award winning Hunter Valley Gardens. Why not try Aqua Golf or treat yourself to a wonderful facial or massage in one of the lovely day spas. Fancy some horse riding or a visit to a Macadamia nut farm or Alpaca Farm. How about a visit to the chocolate or cheese factory or to the Blue Tongue Brewery. There are hundreds of great vineyards in the Hunter with great cellar doors and fantastic restaurants. Some of the best vineyards are on your doorstep. These include Margan Family Wines, Cockfighters Ghost Vineyard, Hope Estate, Broke Fordwich Wine Co Pty Ltd, Beyond Broke, Broke Estate, Pooles Rock, Mt Broke, Catherine Vale, Bacchus Estate, Krinklewood, Tinonee, Elysium, Elsmore and Nightingale Wines. There are also some wonderful Olive Groves where you can taste the local olives and oils. Or just sit back with a glass of your favorite wine and let the world go by.
