This is a lovely old 1950s retro style cottage privately and securely located behind a high fence and set well back behind a screen of bushes and trees from the road. It has a massive rear garden - almost 100m deep! Lots of things for kids with a big trampoline, play house, sand pit and that gorgeous garden to explore. There is a huge sun deck with dining table for six plus plenty of sun lounges for all.
Inside there are three bedrooms with accommodation for up to 8 people. The lounge and dining room has a big open fire (wood supplied), and the house has freshly polished floors throughout. The bathroom is brand new with an excellent shower and separate bath. The kitchen works well and has a new two door fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a brand new washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning as well.
Best of all - it is a ten minute walk to Sorrento shopping, front and back beach with the St Pauls Road General Store (yummy food and coffee) on a minute's walk away.
