We are situated on a two hectare property with stunning rural and water views over Lauderdale, Single Hill and Frederick Henry Bay.
Only five minutes by car to the closest quiet beach. We can supply you with beach towels if required.
No need to put up with the hustle and bustle of city hotels.... a peaceful night's sleep is assured.
An easy starting point for Tasmania's most popular tourist attractions.
If you love animals...our two dogs and two cats would be happy to meet you. If not, then just ignore them..and we can shut the dogs out of your way.

Accommodation

Under cover parking. Private entrance to lounge area with a comfortable couch, a breakfast bar and your fridge, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee making supplies including a coffee plunger with real coffee and a selection of snacks and "Mini Bar" provisions.

A generous Continental breakfast is supplied including home made muffins, fruits, cereals, bread for toasting, butter and spreads, juices etc.

Queen sized bed fitted with mattress topper, electric blanket and doona. We also supply a range of pillows.

We can supply a portacot and linen if required for one infant.

Your room has a flat screen TV with a selection of DVDs to borrow. Complimentary WiFi is also available.

A range of amenities are provided in your en-suite shower room with fluffy bath sheets and a hairdryer supplied.

Iron and ironing board (for those so inclined) and access to laundry facilities if required.

Activities and Interests

Seven Mile Beach and Lauderdale beach are close by if you would like a very unique quiet beach experience.

There are several excellent restaurants close by including Barilla Bay, Meadowbank and Eating on the Edge or bistro type meals to be had at the Foreshore Tavern in Lauderdale or the Horseshoe Inn at Cambridge.

Richmond Historic Village is a twenty minute drive away. Along the route, visit the Coal Valley vineyards and sample some wonderful Tasmanian wines.

Turn off near Richmond and visit Zoo Doo or continue to Brighton and roam around with the wildlife at Bonorong Park.

Hobart City is an easy twenty minute drive along the highway.
Enjoy the views of Mount Wellington as you approach Hobart. A drive to the summit is a must on a clear day with magnificent views over the city and Eastern Shore.

Explore the city on foot and perhaps visit the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.
Don't forget to walk along the docks and check out the yachts and many restaurants.
Saturday's Salamanca Market is a must.

Tullamore B&B is also perfectly situated if you intend travelling up the East Coast of Tasmania....visit Orford, Swansea, Triabunna and the magnificent Coles Bay and Freycinet. A walk into Wine Glass Bay for the energetic is also something to add to a "Bucket List".
