Our house is free standing and architectually designed, but has the added security of being located in a quiet complex.
There is a play area for children and a swimming pool to cool off in after a day at the beach.
Ground level has a double lock up garage. Plenty of room to house two cars and beach equipment.
Upstairs there is a large lounge complete with wood burner fire for those cooler evenings.Open plan living allows for an easy flow through to the dining area and kitchen. The sliding doors lead onto a good size covered deck complete with BBQ.A great place to sit back relax and watch for the bush turkeys and birds.
Three generous bedrooms are on the top level. All have ceiling fans,a large master with ensuite, a guest bathroom with a bathtub. Summer breezes are plentifull and make for a great nights sleep

Tallows Beach & Broken Head

Lyndon Beach House is about a kilometer from Tallows Beach
and 100 meters to the small shopping centre,which has a great bakery,family friendly pub, Indian restaurant,post office, chemist ,video rentals, pizza. Take a five minute drive to Broken Head and Kings Beach or head to trendy Byron Bay just 10minutes in the other direction.
Byron Bay Golf Club is just 3klm up the road.
