This stunning property is a short 150m stroll out the back gate and over the dune to the wreck surf beach. Perfect for families or holidaying groups of friends, this peaceful location is hard to beat, and it is only 700m walk to town!
On entering the villa guests are greeted by the breezy open plan living space. A well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and features gas cooktop and the essential expresso coffee machine! With high ceilings, the living space opens to the outdoors and secure courtyard garden. While dining alfresco, you don't have to miss out on your summer sports, as the large flatscreen TV pivots so it can be viewed from the outdoor dining area!
For your entertainment the villa provides guests with Austar TV, a playstation and complimentary wifi. The villa is family friendly and for your convenience supplies a port a cot and high chair as well as stair guard.
Cavvanbah Beach Villa features 3 stunning bedrooms. Upstairs is a spacious king bedroom and second bedroom featuring two king single beds that can be drawn together to form a second king bedroom. Each bedroom features en-suited bathrooms and private verandahs each with comfortable wicker chairs and ottomans perfect to relax and take in the gardens, read a book or nap to the sound of the sea.
The third bedroom is down stairs and opposite is a third bathroom. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned for your comfort on hot balmy nights.
