Brand new (2011) three bedroom cottage with a cosy gas log fire perched on the top of the ridge at Medlow Bath. Perfect for snuggling up in front of the gas log fire or sitting outdoors and watching the sun setting over the Megalong Valley in the afternoon or having a cuppa and watching the mist roll away in the morning.
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with bed side tables and walk in wardrobe leading through to an ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, a bed side table and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Is a small room with a sofa bed that can be shut off from the rest of the house and also has a built in wardrobe.
Linen: LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas, pillows and spare blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels. LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
Bathroom:
Bathroom 1 - Separate shower and bath, vanity and toilet. This room also contains a concealed laundry.
Bathroom 2 - Ensuite from main room with shower, vanity and toilet.
Lounge Rm: Three seater and 2 lounge chairs, TV, DVD player, Stereo with CDplayer/radio/tape and MP3 player and a gas log fire.
Kitchen: Gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker with ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Dining: Dining table for six.
Laundry: The laundry is located in a concealed cuboard in the main bathroom and contains a washing machine, dryer and iron facilities.
Heating: Gas log fire (No wood required)
Pets: Sorry No pets allowed.
Parking: Off street parking for 3 cars.
Outdoor: Verandah out the front with a electric BBQ and outdoor setting.
