If you are looking for a holiday where you can walk across the road to the beach, the kids can play in our onsite park whilst you enjoy a BBQ.

Walk to the 450meters to the shops, 700 meters to the Pier, take a walk along the boardwalk, or access the Portsea bus service to Sorrento and Portsea and leave the car at home.

Alternatively take a short drive to one of the many golf courses. Rosebud Beach units has it all
Our family has grown up enjoying all Rosebud and the Peninsula has to offer and now its your turn.

Location

Our beach unit is located at Rosebud, on the Mornington Peninsula - a short 1.5hrs drive from the city of Melbourne. Stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants and pier and cinema. We were formerly known as Rosebud Beach Apartments.

Facilities

A recently renovated unit with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/meals area with TV and DVD. The main bedroom also has a TV. Our beach unit has a split system for heating in winter and cooling in summer. Sleeps 5 comfortably in 2 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a single bed, and bunk bed (single beds). The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized gas oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes line and even pegs.

A BBQ is located in the backyard, or have a BBQ in the park whilst the kids play on the playground or play in the park.

Linen and towels can be provided for your stay for $10 per person (Exception is Xmas). .
