This architecturally designed 4 bedroom beach home is located in the exclusive ocean side precinct of Magenta Shores. With an absolute dress circle location, the beach home has been designed to provide the ultimate in luxury coastal living.
The unique design is complemented by opulent furnishings throughout. The home features oversized formal and informal living areas, generous sized bedrooms and ensuite.
Featuring extensive outdoor entertaining areas with views of the ocean and The Entrance.
A $2000.00 credit card bond and photo id will be required upon arrival.
Please note that the house does have a very strict no party policy.
