Take a short drive along the coast, where you might see the local whales, and on to the city of Albany where there is an array of history or shops to suit your taste.
Sail on a locally owned charter boat along the Kalgan river to enjoy the scenery and a visit to a local winery.
Or just stay home and rest and read in peace.
