With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas & a billiard room, this house provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 adults.
The fully tiled pool and spa obtained a gold medal in the 2004 SPASA Pool and Spa of the Year Awards.

We have stayed at quite a few beach houses and no other beach house we have stayed in has as much to offer as what this one does.... Its so peaceful and relaxing!
Absolutely wonderful.
We had a group of old friends plus kids and had a great time.
The house is kid friendly with the pool,pool table and the beach across the road.

We rented Sapphire Sands and Sapphire Dunes for our extended family get together for Xmas and New Years 2007. We all had a fantastic time, and come 2nd January it was very hard to leave! Thank you to Mark for two great homes, the kids had a ball! The homes themselves are lovely - well maintained and well kitted out with everything that you could possibly need.
Renting the two homes together is a great idea for those with a very large family - as they are situated side by side. The beach is a short trip across the road, with a patrolled beach 15 minutes walk away. We found Sapphire Beach to be a quite peaceful suburb, but with the convenience of a great little shopping centre and supermarket 5 minutes drive north up the highway at Moonee Beach.
We would definitely stay in this home again.

sapphire sands and sapphire dunes are both up market properties that offered our group of friends an excellent location only beaten by the comfort of both properties. we all had an extremely fun time even though we stayed in the houses for most of our visit. It seriously allowed us to just forget reality and live it up for the week!
House was fantastic, in a lovely quiet spot just across the road from the beach. The pool and spa make it the perfect place to end the day. I'll be back!
quite well appointed. Fantastic backyard for the kids, beach close-by, great entertainment system, super roomy even though we had eight adults and six kids! Close enough to Coffs and amenities but also far enough away to be able to relax. Fantastic and friendly service - well worth consideration.
A lovely house indeed, very spacious for a big family. Location is perfect, quiet and private for relaxing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a holiday house.
This property is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it to any one looking for a holiday rental with class, and loads of it. These photos seriosly do this property no justice at all , absolutley stunning with loads of space and the highest quality in appliances, furniture etc, totally decked out with class, style & luxury in mind.
The pictures do not do Sapphire Sands Beach House justice. The place is stunning and I would highly recommend a stay there. The house can easily accommodate 8 adults, it is very roomy and the split level layout ensures you all have your own space. The gorgeous pool means you often don't make it down the road to the beach.....make sure you take your lilo!
