Let us spoil you with our boutique self-contained home which is independent to the main residence and ideally located on a picturesque semi rural 8 acre property, within easy 900 mtr walk to both One Mile surf beach & Boat Harbour's bay beach. These beaches are highly regarded as the best in the Port. As we only take bookings from one family/couple at a time you can relax in knowing the ample space is yours to enjoy. With Nelson Bay only a 7 minute drive away guests can visit the shops, restaurants, a cinema and a lively marina.

RELAX .......spend the glorious summer days and nights floating around in the sparkling in-ground salt water pool (which is solar heated when required) and is surrounded by lush tropical swaying palms. Create a beautiful peaceful atmosphere with feature lighting in the pool and gardens - you will think your miles away from everything.
OUTDOOR LOVERS.....WIth the home situated high on the hill surrounded by gum trees leave the fast paced hustle and bustle of busy city life behind. This sanctuary will allow you to sit back and be entertained by the antics of the friendly farmyard animals, watch the beautiful array of native birdlife as they visit daily. We often see resident koala's feeding in their favourite gum trees. Sorry no pets allowed.
ALFRESCO LIVING............. With an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living, the simple pleasures of life can be enjoyed whilst you take time out to sip champagne in the alfresco area overlooking the pool. Alternatively, there is the large north facing BBQ pavilion which captures the sun all year around. Sunbaking lounge chairs available to take in the suns rays and work on that tan.
COMFORT WARMTH & ATMOSPHERE .............When the weather starts to cool down snuggle up with someone special on the comfy leather lounges in front of the intimate log burning fire and watch your favourite movie from our movie library.
FAMILY.......When you look back at your childhood, there is always that one family holiday that stands out above the rest, where you spend quality family time together discovering your new holiday spot. Here at Beach Break we have a created a child friendly atmostphere where the kids can delight in feeding the animals and collecting the farm eggs daily, kick a ball around or be part of the hive of activity as the volleyball nets are put in place over the pool and the competition begins as the kids scramble to secure their place ready to challenge Mum and Dad ! With the beach only 900 mtrs away the family can spend the day at the beach or various other activities on offer in the Port. Its time to create those memories that will live in a photo frame for many years to come............
The Exquisitely styled home consists of........
2 generous sized bedrooms with a Queen sized bed in the Main Bedroom, offering views over the pool and gardens, and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (which can convert to a King Size bed on request) and guests can enjoy the rural view of the animals paddock. 2 x Fold out beds are available and they also can be converted into a queen bed accomodating 3 couples. (Maximum of 6 persons). The modern 3 way bathroom has a frameless shower screen with both shower and spa bath overlooking your own private tropical oasis. We provide a complimentary country style Breakfast which includes our own farm fresh eggs for the first 2 mornings of your stay for you to cook at a time convenient to you. For your added comfort we supply fluffy bath robes, spa & pool towels, bath towels and all linen.
