Rowanberry is a classic 1930's farm cottage, set in a beautiful 1.5 acre mature rambling garden of mature gum, many oak and pine trees, attracting a spectacular range of native wildlife, black cockatoos, king parrots, ringtails and if you are lucky koalas.
Perfect for families and couples.
A central country kitchen defines the interior, with a free standing gas cooker and stove and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles beds. There is a further bedroom with a double bed, this has a separate entrance, at the front of the house.
A snug lounge with open fireplace, television, DVD and music.
There is a traditional bathroom , with a bath and shower above the bath. Also a separate toilet and laundry room.
French doors from the rear of the house open to a large deck area, with outdoor table and chairs, a hammock and gas BBQ.
A herb garden for many fresh herbs, at the base of the deck.
Pets are welcome by arrangement, the garden is fenced and there is a gate at the front of the house.

Your neighbours are vineyards, Stonier, Merricks Estate, and the Merricks General Store.
Enjoy hunting for quality produce at the farm door - fruit and veg, wine, beer, cheese, farmers markets and mushroom hunting.

Horse riding, equestrian centres and trail rides.
Golf ! Peninsula links courses - Flinders, St Andrew's beach, The Dunes, and Moonah.
