If you are travelling solo or with friends, we welcome you to stay with us in our lovely Byron Bay home.
We offer charming, fully furnished rooms for rent, nightly or by the week.
All our rooms are SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY only - i.e. one person per room. (NO COUPLES, NO SCHOOLIES, children or pets, thanks.)
We're in a quiet part of town, yet close to shops and beach. You can totally relax in our comfortable home with its restorative tropical garden.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and we supply all bedlinen and towels.
Our bright, north-facing living room opens on to a sun-drenched deck, lawn and garden. Our dining room and kitchen overlook other aspects of our lush, thoughtfully planted jardin.
SINGLE ROOM descriptions/ Conveniences
* SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
* Gorgeous garden studio, room only (not self-contained), with its own timber deck and mature plantings, has a single bed, bedside table, desk, shelving and limited hanging space.
* Interior bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and generous bedside/writing tables.
* The rooms share a bathroom, with a bath, shower, hand basin/vanity unit and toilet.
* Tariff includes fresh bed linen, towels, access to refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron.
HOW TO BOOK A SINGLE ROOM
* OUR ROOMS ARE SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
* We require a rental bond of $250, which is refunded when you check out, all being well.
* Pricing varies throughout the year and a minimum stay period may apply.
* We do not use the stayz calendar or online payment system.
