The Block is situated 20minutes out from Mansfield.10minutes to the pituresque town of Jamieson and the Jamieson River .35min to bottom of Mt Buller.
So why not book your Country experience and see what Lake Eildon and the surrounding high Country has to offer. Visit Mt Buller for some snow skiing or Lake Eildon for some summer Skiing, fishing in the many rivers close by or just have some fun boating around,swimming, 4WDriving, motorbike riding, bushwalking and so much more.
Relax with a quiet book under the large pergola during summer or snuggle up in front of a roaring fire in the winter.

There is no lake access from The Block, we are however 250 metres from the Lake.
There is two boat ramps one of Barnett Road next street down from us
and one at the end of Blair Street. They are only one minute drive fromThe Block.
Or you can access the caravan park boat ramp for a small fee and only 3minute drive away.

This property Is a 4 bedroom renovated house relocated from Melbourne
The Block offers all modern comforts and sleeps upto
13 people comfortably. Max 8 Adult capacity.(Linen supplied for an extra fee)

A large undercover outdoor area (fully concreted)comprises of brick fireplace (wood supplied) and a large outdoor table that can easily fit an army of mouths at anytime of day.
All cooking facilities and utensils are supplied. Outdoor hooded BBQ,
Split system heating /cooling but we also have evaporative cooling which works an absolute treat on those scorching hot days.
There is plenty of space in the back yard for a game of rugby or just horseing around with the kids.
Property is fully fenced with gate for your families safety.
Plenty of car/boat parking available in The Blocks front yard .
And don't stress if anything has been forgotten there is a fully licensed general store at the local Caravan Park.
3minute drive away. Also water access to the caravan park.
The Block is prepared for everything you need for a relaxing comfy holiday.

Your friendly canines are welcome but we request they sleep outside. We have a dog run available if needed.
