Relax and enjoy a summer break in this modern, well appointed double storey home less than 2 years old.

Comprises 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen-size beds (one with ensuite) and the 3rd bedroom with double/single bunk plus trundle bed. Will comfortably sleep up to 8. A second bathroom with full-size bath is located adjacent to upstairs bedrooms.

Heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout (including bedrooms). The kitchen is fully appointed with 900mm oven, dishwasher and microwave and will suit those who love to cook. Separate laundry and washing machine.

HD Television, DVD and stereo with iPod dock in living area. Excellent outdoor meals and entertainment area, with gas BBQ and lockup garage

All this within only 500metres of the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Point Lonsdale Village shops for your morning latte

Peak Tariff is $325/night - 4 night minimum stay or $2200 for 7 days

Shoulder Tariff is $250-275/night or $1900/week

Off Peak Tariff is $200-250/night or $1500/week

Easter - 4 night minimum is $300/night

Queenscliff Music Festival - 3 night min $300/night

Security Bond $500 & please note - we have a no schoolies and no pets policy.
