Please note that the pricing on this site relates to the 3 townhouses that do not have a pool - but email us an enquiry and we will offer you the BEST rate possible for the townhouse that does have the inground pool. - Conveniently located across the road from the main Ocean Grove surf beach and The Dunes restaurant and also across the road from the Barwon River.
General overview: Inside: 3 bedrooms + full size cot, 2 bathrooms, spa bath, 32 inch LCD TV, two lounge areas each with its own TV, DVD player, video player, library of DVDs and videos, as well as CDs, books, games, beach and play equipment, beach towels, chairs, fully appointed kitchen with coffee machine, and laundry (inc. dryer), leather lounge suits, all linen except for cot, and toiletries.
- Outside: fully enclosed and private yard, children's playgym, north and west facing decks with 2 outdoor settings and BBQ, banana lounges, surfboards, boogy boards, lots of beach toys and games (cricket etc), umbrellas, beach shelters, trikes, garage and private parking for two vehicles.

NO KIDS? That's fine. We can remove as many child related things as possible prior to your arrival.
PETS? We don't allow pets however Ebb Tide Cottage does - just 400 metres from the Barwon River, this 2 bedroom house provides an affordable alternative to a beach holiday.

Perfect for 2 or 3 families or groups who want to holiday together but still have the privacy of their own beautiful townhouses at the end of the day.
How nice to be able to go away with your loved ones, enjoy each other's company during the day and at evening, then retire to your own, fully self contained, luxury townhouse at days end.
Each property is set up in a very similar fashion. Each is family friendly and caters exceptionally well for children. A fully qualified babysitter is available but must be booked in advance. Please email with your specific needs and a townhouse to suit will be quoted to you.
Or perhaps - SIDE BY SIDE BUDGET is more your style - Spring Tide & Ebb Tide are just that, and only 400 metres from the Barwon River in Ocean Grove. Just email/ring us to enquire and we will forward a detailed info email to you. Spring Tide even has a games room equipped with a billiard table, kids games, 80's arcade machine and TV/video.
Singles, couples & 'girls weekends' are also our specialty, with an in house massuse service, portable massage bed and spa bath.

No need to drive to the beach or shops, just park the car in the garage and explore all that Ocean Grove has to offer.
Fishing piers, the boat ramp, Bowls club and Ocean Grove Golf Course are just 1 km away.
For the infants, the Barwon River is a fantastic safe beach to play and is also located across the road.
The 22 Water Ride Adventure Park is just 4.5 km away! Bellarine Mini Golf & Amaze n Games and Horse Riding is just 5 km away. Or why not visit the beautiful Jirrahlinga Nature Reserve in sister town Barwon Heads, and pat a koala. Charter a Boat, swim with the Dolphins, or just relax on the pristine main beach just 200 metres from your doorstep. Helicopter Rides, Skydiving and Seaplanes are all from just 5km away.
The mini railway, Queenscliff ferry service, Great Ocean Road, Torquay & Geelong are all within a 15 minute scenic drive. Add to this beautiful wineries, the Blues Train, and ample championship golf courses to tempt you.
