The house has magnificent views through the natural vegetation, making Grasstrees feel as though you are in a tree house, with abundant spectacular birdlife. It also has wonderful views over the north-eastern end of the beautiful Smiths Lake.

Special Features

1. Rooms and decks

~ Three beautifully appointed large bedrooms each with king size beds and two with ensuites
~ King size linen and towels are provided as part of our package
~ There is an additional bathroom downstairs, which is virtually a third ensuite, and a separate toilet upstairs
~ A futon is available for additional bedding in the media room, if required
~ A Large deck off the living and dining area provides a fabulous outdoor area for barbecues and relaxing, with a new Weber family-sized BBQ ready to do your bidding
~ A second large deck downstairs off the two bedrooms offers privacy and shelter on those hot or sometimes rainy days. This deck is gated and also has a kennel available. Guests are asked to ensure that dogs are not let into the house.
~ All major light switches are dimmable to allow you to create the ambience you desire

2. Technology

~ Two 50" Panasonic home theatre systems - one in the media room and one in the lounge room, each with Blu-ray players, with a range of Blu-ray and DVD discs

~ These two systems also have MyStar connected which allows recording and playback of selected Austar channels

~ PlayStation 3 is connected to the 50" in the media room, with a selection of games with various ratings from 'G' to 'MA'

~ 42" Panasonic home theatre system situated in Bedroom 1 with selected Austar channels available and Blu-ray player

~ iPhone \ iPod docks available in all bedrooms, media room and lounge room
