The house features a beautiful living area with an open plan kitchen, two large bedrooms and a spacious extension that can be used as a separate room/ living room.

All the windows have nice views on the lush established garden with fruit trees and a vegie patch.

Two terraces to choose from.
A shady one at the back with Jarrah table and chairs.
Another one at the front with a comfy and stylish outdoor sofa,

The house is in a very quiet street with almost no traffic.

Large and fresh bathroom and outdoor shower

The bathroom has plenty of room and a triangular bath for one or two people.
You can also enjoy the outdoor shower automatically set at the right temperature. A must after the surf.

Windsurfing, Kiting and Surfing
