Kumali Beach House is located directly on the beach in a magnificent setting. The ideal spot to relax with family and friends and recharge your batteries or enjoy surfing, fishing and long beach walks.
Mermaid Beach is centrally located on the Gold Coast not far from the airport or all the local magnificent restuarants and cafe's. Come and make yourself at home....
With bedrooms over 3 levels there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space or to be together. Have breakfast overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Spend the afternoon sun baking before feasting at any of the dozen or so restaurants just minutes away.
There is a huge balcony on the first level overlooking the beach and large terraced and grassed area to play with the kids or relax in the sun. The first level has a large open plan kitchen and lounge allow for open plan socializing plus a fully self contained kitchen and lounge area downstairs allow the kids to separate from the adults or two families to combine their activities or have their own space. There is a single car garage plus carport with parking for two additional cars if required.
GROUND FLOOR: - 2 x bedrooms. This area leads out directly onto the beach with a lounge area (TV, DVD and Stereo), kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There is a large terraced area for socializing and grass for playing on or relaxing, the life guard tower is located nearby to allow safe swimming for the kids.
LEVEL 1:- 2 x one with ensuite, bathroom and laundry. This is the main socializing space with large open plan kitchen, substantial lounge area (TV, DVD and Stereo) and dinning plus large balcony area over looking un-obstructed 180 degree ocean and beach views.
LEVEL 2:- 1 x large master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom.
