Hamilton Island is the heart of the Whitsunday Islands. We bought this apartment to holiday in ourselves, as well as offering it for short-term stays to select guests - we are passionate about creating a great holiday for you in the Whitsundays.
"Frangipani 201" is a 2 bedroom apartment on the resort side of the island with a more tropical feel. It has been recently renovated with every comfort and luxury in mind - the spacious main bedroom has an ensuite with two shower heads, while the hydrotherapy spa bath overlooks Catseye Beach - the second with two singles (easily made into a king size bed, if required).
The kitchen is a full sized kitchen, easy and convenient when you want to eat in, and looks beautiful with blue pearl granite bench tops. It has a dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge, and microwave - as well as other appliances to make you comfortable (like a coffee machine, electric wok and sandwich maker). The apartment has internal laundry facilities (including dryer), plus an airing rack for delicates.
The lounge room, with very comfortable 3 and 3.5 seater sofas (one converts to a queen size bed with an innerspring mattress), is very well appointed and includes a plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV, surround sound and ipod dock.
The lounge opens onto a large balcony which extends across both the living area and the main bedroom. The balcony is the perfect place to eat breakfast, have a BBQ, or just relax in privacy. It is set up with table & chairs, recliners, and a barbeque for your sole use.
Being located on the resort side of the Island and on the top floor of Frangipani Lodge, overlooking Catseye Beach, ensures "Frangipani 201" has magnificent, uninterrupted views. It's very private and everything you could possible need is only a short walk (or buggy trip) away!
The balcony view extends from the island's beautiful palm trees on the right, through the open water across to Whitsunday Island, to the beach and main resort on the left. You will feel as though you are on our own Island when you stay.
