The townhouse is located 5 min drive from Perth CBD, close to public transport to Subiaco, Kings Park, West Perth, Nedlands, Mt Claremont, Sir Charles Gardner Hospital and UWA.
Shops, restaurants, services and recreation are within very short walking distrance in the popular Rokeby Rd cafe strip. Kings Park is 100m away, with Rosalie Park around the corner, perfect for an early morning walk. Free access tennis courts directly across the road.
Frequent buses run around the corner which provide easy transport to the city, UWA, Fremantle, coastal beaches and many other major Perth attractions.
The minimum stay is 4 nights @ $230 per night or $205 p/n standard rate. For visits of 7 days or more a discount applies. Cleaning fee applicable for all stays.

This place is ideal for a family stay in Perth. It was very clean and well equipped - with many thoughtful extra touches. The location is excellent - quiet and leafy, but only five minutes from the city. Thanks James for a great week.
