The double storey 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom house can sleep up to 14 guests very comfortably. The house has every inclusion to make for a comfortable stay, including huge flat screen tv, cd/dvd, barbecue, gourmet kitchen including dishwasher, fabulous platters and kitchen equipment including a Saeco coffee machine for that first caffeine hit for the day, lots of basic supplies - we provide you with a list of inclusions once you have a confirmed booking, spa bath, open wood fireplace, heaters in all bedrooms and dining room, ceiling fans in every upstairs room, washing machine and clothes dryer, inside and outside dining facilities. A tranquil inside garden area to meditate and relax in.Off street car parking for up to 5 cars.
There is a games room on the ground floor for the kids to chill out - away from the parents. Complete with tv/dvd/cd and table tennis table, Queen size sofa lounge converts to another bed
We provide you with beautiful hotel style linen to help you sleep peacefully. All you need to pack are your beach towels and your own music. CD players and docking stations are supplied
Plenty of extras included in the way of play items for the young ones so you don't have to fill the car with their gear
Cots, high chairs, gate barrier for the top of the stairs, bed rails, wooden table and chair setting for four, booster seat, bathroom step, nursery monitor and plenty of toys, books and dvds

For our guests that want to join in we have a basket of wool and knitting needles to make a blanket to donate to the less fortunate to 'Wrap with Love' from those that have stayed at Number 10 Bannister

Late checkouts on the day of your departure will be made available subject to bookings. An extension past 10.00am will cost an additional $200.00 through until 4.00pm but it is well worth it .Please remember we are providing linen to make your holiday less stressful
Discounts
July & August Special Pay 3 nights and stay 4 nights from Monday checkout Friday or book for 7 nights and pay for 6 nights for bookings from Monday 1st July through to 31st August 2013. Maximum 8 guests or additional charge of $75.00 per person per night applies
