The Corringle Beach Holiday Retreat is a spectacular 125 acre waterfront property overlooking the Snowy River Estuary and ocean. Nature, relaxation and peace awaits when you stay in this architecturally designed five bedroom home that is surrounded by one acre of lovely cottage/native style gardens. The beautiful home boasts cathedral ceilings, glossy timber floors, feature walls, wood fire and huge windows framing the gorgeous water and natural bush views. The home is enhanced by quality furnishings, creating a unique relaxed country-style feel which is sure to regenerate and inspire. Try out the wood fired pizza oven located in the garden for a special treat. The property is fantastic for bush-walking with various maintained tracks winding their way around the remnant coastal bushland. Enjoy being amidst the many species of bird and animal life which co-habit the property including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, sea and wedge-tailed eagles and a variety of other birdlife. Collect the eggs and feed the chooks daily. Sample fruit from the many fruit trees when in season. Firewood is readily available for guests.
The Snowy River, Ninety Mile Beach and East Gippsland wilderness areas provide the visitor with a range of outdoor activities such as swimming, bushwalking, boating, fishing, surfing and beachcombing. The Buchan Caves, Errinundra and Snowy River National Parks and Cape Conran Coastal Park are all within easy reach. A day trip can be made to the snowfields at Mt Hotham for those visiting in the winter months. An easy 10 min drive following the Snowy River will take you through lush farmland to the town of Orbost. The Orbost Exhibition Centre, Slab Hut and The Paddle Steamer Curlip are some of the local attractions. Launch your boat into the Snowy River just at the end of the road. Pet-friendly.
